Ordered black cap window, waited 3 weeks and it came in white. Unbelievable. Special order windows come in unpackaged, with vinyl being all scratched up. Dennis (manager) said I can clean them up with soft scrub. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want windows that look new.
Just picked up the window they built to replace the one they screwed up. Here is a pick of the poor quality. They painted the corners with touch up paint but missed the area needed and got more on everything that didnt.. including on the glass. Looks homemade. Almost $500. Rip off.
Great selection of standard products for very reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The installation partners can be a little flakey so that's the reason for 4 stars. We ordered all of our shaker interior doors and closet doors from here and worked with our own general contractor on installation.

Ordered 2 Windows on 05/29; We were told it would be 2 weeks … here we are 08/10, still no windows. We called a dozen times, a handful of times we were hung up on. After speaking to 5 employees, we finally got through to the manger who said initially said the windows were on back order, and tried to blame it on Milgard. But when speaking to an employee prior had said the order was “stuck” in their system, aka never put through. Manger said to allow 1 week and he would personally call.. it’s been 2 weeks now and no call from Chad 🤔 Chaz? the “manager” .. Before ordering the 2 windows, we also purchased 5 other windows and an Arcadia door that were in stock with no issues. We have spent $3,000, as soon as they took our money we became non existent.
Both locations really need to have their EVAP coolers serviced most of the coolers are blowing hot dry air. Right now coolers should make their warehouses cold on days like today when it's 110° with 7% Humidity.
Really a great place for contractor grade materials. I like the McDowell location better than the Camelback location. It seems cleaner, and more organized. I think the Camelback location has more inventory though.
Wow!! I called this place to order windows for my home like $6k worth and right away knew something was wrong, couldn’t understand person answering phone, when asked if he was a sales person he promptly mumbled we can’t take card over phone and i had not even ordered yet!! When asked if there was maybe a manager I could understand I was immediately hung up on! I would not refer my enemy to this place! God knows how someone would be treated if they messed the order up. Plenty of other window companies in the valley who know how to be professional and will gladly take my business!
Tracy and Brandon were very helpful and took care of me. There is another employee named Martiń who has poor social skills and is argumentative but the other employees are all great.

Update....its been about a year since I last used window depot....I brought a quote from home depot for them to beat...the first visit they beat home depot prices...this time 1 year later every window and door was higher priced than home depot.....no reason to shop here anymore for me
